OSSIGENO OFFERS FRESH NEW FLAVOURS INSPIRED BY ITALY

Ossigeno, Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa's Italian restaurant has launched a tempting new menu developed by renowned head chef Marco Lucentini.
The new menu offers guests an impressive range of authentic Italian delights, including everything from appetizers to desserts, using the freshest ingredients rooted in rich Italian culinary tradition.
In addition to delicious pastas, visitors to Ossigeno can expect sumptuous antipasti, insalate, grills and desserts, for a unique opportunity to savour some of the most exquisite Italian cuisine found anywhere in Dubai.
"There are many facets to exceptional dining and with the introduction of our new exciting menu; we aim to provide guests with a truly unforgettable dining experience. Ossigeno's signature dishes include; an authentic Shell Fish Risotto and Corn Fed Chicken Cacciatora pounded until fork-tender, topped with fried polenta and sauté mushrooms. Fish lovers can also opt for a delectable Fillet of Sea Bass cooked in fresh tomato stew with potato, fennel and fresh clams, and likewise, if pasta is your thing, why not try the sumptuous Linguini Pasta topped with porcini mushrooms, asparagus and sundried tomatoes.
To finish, savour the scrumptious Walnut and Pear Tart with limoncello and chocolate sabayon or the traditional Sicilian Cannolo filled with Ricotta and candy fruits, both of which are guaranteed to hit the spot.
