From 7th to 31st January, Le Royal Méridien’s popular Italian restaurant Ossigeno will be introducing a special three course, low calorie detoxifying menu, using the freshest ingredients, specifically designed to kick-start your New Year journey to a healthier you!

What better way to see in the New Year than with Ossigeno’s delicious menu featuring a mouth-watering porcini and ginger consommé with scallops and homemade farfalle to start, followed by slow cooked veal “Piccatina” with lemon zest sauce and steamed vegetables, and finally a confit pear salad with parmesan sorbet and balsamic drops for dessert.
